just a minor comment on the firs image:
-With the quantity of down lights in your area, that should be a brighter scene.

render is good.. comments would be...

aircon duct is flat make a fairly thin shape... and
mirror too blurry with noises, is this a vraymtl setup..???
if it is, just adjust your vray refl glossiness in the reflection tab not lower than .9 (1 is perfect mirror) Very Happy
