Our House (Final Option) added requested maps

First topic message reminder :

The original option of my parents' house was scrapped. From the 2 storey original design, they opted for a one storey dwelling, due to budget constraints.

Now working on the drawings, and juggling some other projects with my partners as well.

Pardon the flaws, as it is my first time to use the roofing plug-in. Comments are welcome. Thanks to sir erick for that excellent post-editing tutorial.

Medyo mabigat lang para sa akin yung Roof Sir...pero kung 2-storey, siguro mas proportion...imho.

I had no choice, sobrang simple lang kasi ng design, nag-titipid kasi kami, longspan roofing nga lang magagmait namin dito. Plus, ayaw na namin mag adopt ulit ng inside gutter, naperwisyo kami sa bahay namin sa visayas, na bahay lang pag hindi tag-ulan..kaya iyan, sure ball, kahit maulan, safe na safe talaga...

thanks sa comments...ipakita ko din yung two storey revision na di natuloy, after ko gawin ang working drawings nito. Babalikan ko yung 3d nun, nasimulan na kasi, nahold lang, since my father asked me to just do a one storey design, due to very limited budget.

When the time comes, i will make the design for the expansion of this residence naman.

Hahahaha..hindi naman malakas ser...kulang pa nga ng piyesa eh..quad lang. yung Q9550..he he he...4gigs ram, asus mobo..Yung video card yung bulok ko pa rin na gamit dati. Salamat at nagustuhan niyo sir...aral mode pa tayo..

Thanks, glad you liked it, even though it's a bit of an old school design. Ok, pag uwi ko, send ko yung bump ng concrete. Antay na lang yung tutorial, gagawa ako pag libre ako.

post processing wise.. i guess medyo kulang pa and medyo nasira ung image per say... imho only. nice roof... nice composition.

first time kong todohin sa post processing ang isang rendered image. Special thanks goes to our brother ERICK, who shared some tips of his with the rest of us. My goal was to depart from the usual photorealistic outputs that are churned out in the halls of this forum, para naman, hindi magmukhang render ni so and so ang image ko. I am still currently trying to decide on my render output direction. I basically sucked at PS, so this was more of a hit and miss thing...sort of an attempt at going to territories beyond my comfort zone. And since, I won't be earning anything from it, i decided to do some experiments.

I guess sanay lang ang mata mo sa parang picture na output, kaya ganun...my goal was actually to make the post editing subtle, pero, parang napasobra yata...

thanks for the comment anyway, now i know which path to take in this journey to 3d supremacy......I think i will be sticking back to my usual super minor PS enhancements on the next output.

kaya tagal di nagpost si idol..mejo ito pala pinagkaabalahan, ganda ng roof...

ayos to sir... cguradong maganda tumira jan, parang ang presko ng hangin jan... galing dn ng roofing... IMO lng, mas ok cguro na hndi ganito ang post pro result para sa client, mas ok p rn ung previous works nyo for architectural presentation(clean & clear)... Ok naman ganitong PP tulad sa mga gawa nila 3seventh or radic etc...

thanks, regarding sa post pro, depende pa din kung ano ang client mo. May mga architects kasi who prefer a more graphic approach to presenatations (adding people, cars, trees, and the image is not mimicing that of a real camera, as they seem to think that such photoreal renders are lifeless, because of the absence of human activity in such images), hence the advent of NPR images similar to those china renders, which is 40% 3d, and 60% photoshop, as opposed to images in these forums which is more like a reverse.

salamat sir jums...tingnan ko kung makakauwi sa pasko, kahit 1 week lang, asikaso na din kasi ako sa construction niyan, although, silip-silip lang ako, kasi kelangan ko din maghanap buhay. eb na lang tayo pag umuwi ako.

The roof looks nice but it looks a bit massive in my opinion but then again that's your design. Thanks for sharing. Keep this up.

Thanks, glad you liked it.....as for the roof, baka ibaba ko yung pitch para makatipid din sa gastos, kasi malaki ang magagamit pag ganyan kataas yung picth ng roofing.
