Our House (Final Option) added requested maps

First topic message reminder :

The original option of my parents' house was scrapped. From the 2 storey original design, they opted for a one storey dwelling, due to budget constraints.

Now working on the drawings, and juggling some other projects with my partners as well.

Pardon the flaws, as it is my first time to use the roofing plug-in. Comments are welcome. Thanks to sir erick for that excellent post-editing tutorial.

does your roofing plug-in work on max 9? if ever it will, can i request for a link? thanks in advance man.. like the roof and imho background change lang cguro. or apply a better sky lang.

thanks, i think it will work as well...will send PM. I will be hunting for new skies once a freetime comes up..he he he...

everything seems to be nice for me,.. nasobrahan lang yata sa CA sir, medyo blurry na.. naka cross process ba sir? babaan lang ng onti siguro ang saturation but the rest,..ang galing parin... post more.....

i think it's on the gausian blur, based kasi sa tutz ni sir erick yan, so walang CA sa building itself, kasi binura ko yung CA effect sa house..para applied lang siya sa halamanan.

1st time ko din bubugin sa POST PROCESSING ang render ko.

he he he..wala po tayong budget para gawin modern yung design niya...mas simple pa nga sana roofing niyan dapat, kaso, baka magmukhang hindi gawa ng arkitekto, kaya binali-bali ko nalang tapos ginawang mas mababa ang garahe niya. kaya ganyan ang design niya. Originally two storey dapat ang proposal. At isa pa, may issues kami sa inside gutter, doon sa lumang bahay namin sa province, kaya i do away with that with this one. Para kahit mabulok yung gutter, di na tatagos sa loob ng bahay ang tubig, hence an all eaves kind of roofing. But most of all, sa budget talaga, mahal magpa-waterproofing kung mag aadopt ako ng mga super modern na deisgn dito.

Simple design lang, limit sa budget eh, kaya, old school ang naging design ko, maybe sa expansion nalang, nasetup ko naman yan para maging 2 storey in the future.

wow teacher, thanks for the comments...nagtratry na ako gumawa ng style sa renders, para naman may sarili na akong trademark..post ako ulit yung original revision, bago naging one storey yung bahay.

Nice Render asteeg roof! i like the 2nd choice..better 1 level nga sir kasi pag matanda na mahirap na mag-akyat sa stairs IMHO lan po....

tama ka dun sir, infact yung 2-storey option nito, yung masters bedroom nasa baba, at malaki yung area, para pag matanda na parents natin, di sila hirap sa hagdan.
