Thanks again for all the comments guys, I'm really happy at nagustuhan nyo po ang trabaho ng team namin and I'm sure matutuwa din sila pag nabasa nila lahat ng comments nyo. Anyway, sa lahat ng natuwa at na inspred sa trabaho namin, maraming salamat and we will do our best sa mga susunod na projects.

very good design and rendering..maganda talga pag team up!
pero tanong lng sir boy and girl ba ung bedroom with 2 beds? i think its not a good idea joining girl and boy..kc ang laki ng project y not individual..sa akin lng un sir ha.tnx! thumbsup

First of all, gusto ko lang iclarify that our company is not a design firm. We are focused on the presentation side and normally isang set ang binibigay namin sa client,

1. physcial model/scaled model ng project or development
2. animation
3. still images
4. interactive or touch screen presentation
5. website (if gusto ng client)

Going back to the topic, hindi ko rin gusto ang idea na pagsamahin ang boy and girl sa isang room but design po ito ng client, all we can do is suggest but in the end, ang client pa rin ang nasusunod. Agree po ako na ang development ay malaki pero sad to say na sobrang liit talaga ang mga apartment units, in fact we have to move some walls or widen the camera angles in some shots para lang malaki tignan yung mga rooms (which were requested by the client).Very Happy
