in modelling mas kumportable ako sa CAD. kaya yung mga cornice at elements, sa cad ko na tinitira. hugot n lang ako ng hugot sa archmodels ng mga furnitures para mas mabilis. konsepto lang naman ang kailangan pag-dating sa furnitures. pero sa wall, ceiling, flooring, yan ang iniingatan namin sa design para mas madaling gawin sa construction. sa ngayon kasi ang poor quality pa ako sa rendering dahil tutok din ako sa supervision sa production.
common lighting lang sa vray ang mga gamit ko.. medyo may ies lang para medyo may dating.
attached are plan at wire. 2 floors ang tinitira ko ngayon na villa at yung may mga x mark ng magenta ang tapos ko na.... wheewwww...

hmmmm... no mention of what "super-rig" you used to render these images... no mention of exorbitant render times too... care to post these stats?... nice renders BTW, hindi lumayo dun sa previous post mo done on render farm 8core rigs... which is the reason for my previous query...

dude kung gusto mo maghanap ng freelancers, you're free to do so, hindi ako may hawak sa kanila, kaya nga freelancers eh. What I did was, I just refused your offer of 500 pesos per image because of how I've known you. kahit ngpalit ka from bhalonic to otep. no difference for me.. not yet... and please stop using my name on this, make your 8-cores work. sayang naman.

Let me guess!!! the actual price would be 5k per image based of course from what country you are which is still considered low.... and you will be getting the 4,5k for yourself??
