LIVING AREA(SU+3dsMax Mental ray+PS)+Settings

First topic message reminder :

Developed from my previous post na Dining Room.
Heto ngayon kasama ang living area. Rendered in Mental ray with only Mr Sun and sky as the illumination.

C & c's are very much welcome for improvement. Maraming salamat.

Singit ko lang ang mga settings ko habang break time.

Here are some screen grabs of my render settings.

The settings in here are mostly out of my personal preference.

Indirect Illumination:

1. Multiplier is set to two(2) on the Final Gather.
2. I set the Final Gather Map to Read/Write File, Generate a FG map in a smaller resolution and FG Freeze to be used
in final higher resolution.



Renderer:



Sky Portal:

1.Set Shadow samples to 128 for cleaner/softer shadows.
