Post naman ninyo yung mga mental ray renders nio from Max

I believe meron Mental Ray renderer and Max pero hindi lang ako sure kung meron gumagamit since Vray is easier to use and produces better results. If ever meron renders, papost naman d2 para may reference

walang gumagamit ng mental ray kasi wla masydong support makikita. di gaya ng v-ray kahit saan ka lumingon may mga tutorials. try nyo mentalraytips.blogspot.com at jeffpatton.net for extra reading para sa mental ray. try ko post ng sample render gamit mental ray mamaya pag-uwi galing trabaho.
bago lang ako gumagamit ng 3dsmax at mental ray. wala akong vray so nagpupumilit akong matuto. heheh. sana may mga masters na pumik-up ng mental ray at turuan tayo.

tama ka dun, mr sun at mr sky. palitan mo ang exposure control ng mr photographic exposure control. tas yun na yun, mganda na bounce ng light sa room parang bright sunny day sa labas, heheh

Maganda output bro. Eto naman ang mga unang subok ko sa MR dati pa Maya + MR. Panget ng pasok ng light kaya may mga bleeding. Rendered with arealight only. No mr sun and sky.

Salamat sa link bro. Parang mas madali gamitin ang Max kesa Maya..marami din option. Gusto ko yung image preview na may adjustments para real time makita output. Buti nalang meron extra tut on ps hehe magagagmit ko sa competition. Salamt ulit!

bro pwede pa share naman ng mental ray setting para may ides kame. thnx

ako sir daylight sytem gamit ko. sa max 9 basta palitan lang ng mr sun at mr sky. tpos sa exposure control under environment settings piliin mo yung logarithmic. then check yung exterior daylight.
sa max 2009, select lang yung mr photographic exposure, then select indoor daylight kung interior scene.

eto yung mental ray na gawa nmin ni edelrosario before sundance came here and we switched sa vray

eh syempre gusto rin namain makagawa ng realistic 3d designs and isa yun sa pag upgrade ng mga visuals,we find it interesting and chalenging so why not.pero matagal din me nag mental ray so kahit naman pano may maishashare rin kmi ni ed sa mga settings.thanks by the way.

post ko lang po ito mentalray render ko the past few weeks, actually WIP pa po ito na nkapost din s WIP. Share ko na din dito. I'm still learning MR, hopefully mgimprove din soon... C&C are most welcome.

Practice of some settings that I've been tweedling around. Nothing special, save for the upside down outlet and non-matching bump maps. It's funny how I noticed just now that I seem to have a knack for developing scenes from the most mundane of objects. I'll develop this one when time permits.

Model of decorative flower came from TOPsketch. Blinds and pillow from 3dwarehouse. Pure render. Here goes nothing.
