2 Storey Residence w/ Roofdeck

To be presented tomorrow for client, who happens to be a Civil Engineer. The garage part is already existing, so I had to make do with how to go about doing the plans.

Done in 3dsMAX design 2009 (vray, with standard max camera and standard lights), and Some major post editing in PS.

Pardon the noise issues, renderer was set to medium default settings, except for noise threshold which I pumped up to 0.005. I am still using my very old Pentium D pc. so, there's no way that I can crank up settings.

hmmmm... hi arkied... i think you forgot the door map? a bit bright for me... and at last glass tweaks.... no comment on your design coz i think ok sya for me... kahit very low settings ser pwede mawala ang noise.... watchatink? i can help you out on that matter...

Ah...sinadya ko talagang white, for presentation porpuses lang ito....parang yung general idea lang ng bahay talaga.

Same lang setting niyan, binawasan ko lang value ng light sa 2nd image, kasi, nasusunog na siya.

Pag mas malaki oras, mas matweak ko pa to, kaso, bagal lang ng test renders ko..kaya di ko na pinilit...hirap nitong mabagal ang makina sobra.

Thanks sir, naisip ko rin yun, kaso, ayaw kong makita ceiling ng garage, wala kasi akong ginawa dun, kundi plain lang siya...Thanks for the suggestion.

exterior naman ngayon ha... for me i like the 2nd image... try to turn off the reflection of the mat of wall to eleminate the burn part above the canopy of window and door, siguro mawawala na rin yong noise nyan.. hindi lang ako sure na effective yon.. , pos mor exterior uli..

Walang reflection yan...alam ko solution dyan, kaso, mabagal tong pc...ayaw ko nang patagalin pa....next time nalang...may gagawin pa ako, 2 pa...salamat sa pag pasyal.

Tama ka sir, pwede ko pa actually adjust yan, kaso, baka abutin ako ng magdamag, malakas din sa kuryente, buti kung sure na approved agad to, at makakasingil ako ng advance DP. kaya, di ko na sinagad, baka lang kasi masayang ang oras ko. Ang habol lang for now, mapresent lang ng maayos sa client natin.

helow sir ed.,..ang dami mo ata sideline ngayon ha.,.2nd image for me.,.komment nasabi na.,. ang komment ko lang sir ed konting tweak pa sa lightings para lalo mabuhayan en background na rin sa design no komment galing sir ed.,. post kpa para makakuha ng tips sa exterior..,

Tama ka bro, yung 1st design, parang dekada nobenta pa yan, mas uso ngayon yung minimalist, halos walang mga moulding sa mga windows.

Yung 2nd option, ako na nag isip, baka lang magustuhan.

Pagpasensyahan mo na muna ang quality, subukan kong magrender nito ulit, pag libre ako, at malaki talaga oras ko...2 renders ginawa ko sa isang araw niyan...

mas gusto ko yung scheme mo sir... pansin ko karamihan ng mga engineer ganun Lagi ang gustong styLe (scheme 1) (base Lng po sa work experience ko ha, no offence meant sa mga kasama nating engineer jan)
