Pag bakante dito sa office at may mapaglibangan naman.

CONCEPT:
I will try to keep the idea of a Bahay Kubo; simple....open space(s) and the use of lightweight materials. The movement of people will be preserve. A plan that there is a harmony with all the spaces in and out.

MATERIALS:
If there is any chances that all indigenous materials are present, I will use some but still a combination with latest technology.

LOCATION:
This is not an issue for the design. Here, I will put it in Urban Areas...expecting that all parts of World will be Urbanized in the future.

PLAN
Here is the initial sketch plan of the Kubo. Basically it has two floors.

Ground Floor: Sala/Sitting area and a Dining plus kitchen. There is a provided space for the Gen/Power for the structure. I will do more research on that pa. A staircase on the center, outside space partially open leading to the open balcony on the First Floor.

First Floor: Another Sala/Sitting on the Main area adjacent to the balcony. It has two bedrooms on the NW of the Kubo with t&b each. Again a provided space for the Gen/Power.

The main idea here is to have a wide open space on all sides of the Kubo for an Air Circulation on both levels. A solar panels on the East and West sides. The elevations for Wind Power will follows..
