galing ng modelling at rendering jeff. world calss na to pagdating sa sketchup at vray. i know a lot of people in this sketchupworld and indeed i have not seen such caliber like you jef a combo of both rendering and modelling.

isa na namang mabangis na obra. nice set bro. kakaiba talaga ang mga design choices ng client mo. Magaling bro!

maraming salamat boks. oo nga medyo kakaiba din talaga mamili ung client ko. napansin ko mahilig sila sa mga combination ng materials at unique furnitures/fixtures..
