Crayzard 3D Sketches

Im studying mudbox po, heres my first sculpt po sa mudbox...

mdyu clayish pa dko pa po kasi gaano kabisado.

Not bad for a first sculpt! Keep it up! BTW, where did you render these images, in maya or were these renders from mudbox?

quick doodles ko lng po. pampaantok. mdyu d ko pa kabisado gumawa ng hair sa mudbox.. nahihrapan pa po ako pagdating sa hair sculpting and masyado na mabigat yung mesh po..

ni render ko po yung head sa vray.. import lng yung obj file

waw, nice ito sir. By the way, off topic lang. Which vray are you using? vray for maya or vray for 3dsmax? Gumamit ka ba ng displacement maps to render this?

bali vray for max po.. wala pong displacement yan direktang import po yung mesh from mudbox.. d ko pa kasi kabisado mag import ng displacement mapping from mudbox to max tnx po

Ito naman po yung render ko sa vray.. reflection pass, occlusion pass and diffuse color po ang workflow..

these are reallly nice sculpts sir. love the mood on this last model. sort of reminds me of a fat Ron Perlman from Hellboy.

I hope to be as good as you bai when it comes to organic modeling. hard surface lang yata kaya ko for now. hehe.

maybe you could try posting a brief tutorial on this sa tutorial section natin..
looking forward seeing one..

@ sir rockgem.. thanks po.. bago pa ren talga ako sa scuplting, bali edge modelling po tlaga ang style ko.. mas in demand na po kasi ang sculpting kaya need mag upgrade ng skills.. post ka lng po ng organic works mo buhayin nating ang modeling sa cgpinoy,

@dickie... d pa po ako confident gumawa ng tutorial as in bago pa lng talga ako sa field na to.. makagawa lng ako ng body baka pwede na gumawa ng tutorial..
