Bliss-type Apartment

Hi guys, just wanted to share my latest work. It's an apartment. Just a little background on the design, It's based on an existing bliss apartment(UP-Bliss Project), I modified it a little, increased the floor area(to 75sqm), modified the facade and added an elevator. Done in max and vray, I used AEC wall and windows on this kaya medyo mabilis ang pagkabuo. Gawa din ako ng tut on this system soon. This is still my first draft for this one, meron pa ko naisip na window treatment which I'l going to add soon. Hope you like it. Open for crit..

ito pala ang material ko sa roof. vray material sya, then diffuse, reflection and displacement ang bitmaps. adjust nyo nalang ung displacement pala maadjust nyo to desired size ang roof tiles. RIGHT CLICK TO SAVE THE IMAGE.

ganda BOSS! tanung ko lang kung papaano, mag lagay ng puno??? gamit proxy(ewan ko ganun tawag duN)??? para hindi na mabigat yung scene ko! sa render nalang lalabas??? pano po ba yun MASTERS???

BLISS SIGURO SA MGA ANAK MAYAMAN YAN! yung pinalayas ng magulang tapos binilhan ng unit, kasi hindi nila matiis na baka tumira ang anak nila sa mga GAWA(renders) ko!
