Bliss-type Apartment

Hi guys, just wanted to share my latest work. It's an apartment. Just a little background on the design, It's based on an existing bliss apartment(UP-Bliss Project), I modified it a little, increased the floor area(to 75sqm), modified the facade and added an elevator. Done in max and vray, I used AEC wall and windows on this kaya medyo mabilis ang pagkabuo. Gawa din ako ng tut on this system soon. This is still my first draft for this one, meron pa ko naisip na window treatment which I'l going to add soon. Hope you like it. Open for crit..

Thanks vhin. cge, prepare ko muna para masama ko na din ung sun. pro madali lang naman un kasi set mo lang sa 0.01 ang intensity at 20 ung shadow subdivs. more on the vray cam ung adjustments. but of course depende para talaga yan sa gumagamit. minsan pwede malakas ang sun then mahina ang vraycam. kaya lang naman 0.01 ang gamit kong sun kasi at this value, maganda ang vray sky ko. at less lang ang ginagalaw ko sa mga settings. which means easy job. anyway. thanks ulit. post ko nalang mga images pag natapos. last pla, ung burn na sinasabi mo, caused yan ng parang late afternoon na sun na nilagyan ko ng long exposure na vraycam. try ko different set-up next tym.

Hi neil! Maganda ang idea mo bro on the design pero some of the finishes here are expensive for a bliss housing, like the stone cladding and the precast balusters. Specially the elevators. I know sa bldg code 4 floors means a mandatory elevator na pero para sa government walk-up like this, kasi nga bliss housing kamo... eh mahal na. Parang apartelle na ito in this case. My 2 cents lang...

nice concept but not appropriate for a bliss s.o.p rate with high cost materials you put in... good looking nga... anyway government project nga pala ito.... hhhmmmmm.... heheheheheheh nice output bro good luck...

AEC bro is default sa max, kaso di lang natin napapansin kasi for me, pangit ung scaling nya, kailangan mo pa irescale para makita mo talaga ang output nya. pro sobrang convenient kasi di kana mgmomodel ng mga windows and doors kasi meron na kagad, unless special ung door mo. prepare din ako tutorial nyan.

Filipino character talaga ang balak ko sa design na to bro. kaya dami ko references, at pasyal sa manila-intramuros area.

thanks bro. pro hilaw pa ako bro. I need to work on it more. 1 more problem naeencounter ko is budget-detail ratio. madami kasi details tayo na accessories lang. kaya for sure added cost kagad un. kaya pinipili ko lang ang dominant na pwedeng ilagay na reasonable pa.

Thanks bro! bilis nga ng AEC, kaso parang may bug pa. nawawala minsan, kaya kailangan mo irefresh parati. pro sulit pa din kasi namomove mo ang mga bintana at pintuan ng walang hassle sa pagedit.

Ok bro. aasikasuhin ko kagad yan. madali lang vraysun and vraycam talaga. you just need to understand how they work hand in hand. thanks sa comment bro.

Tama ka bro. Pro hindi ito government project(sorry sa title, wrong title yata ako). wala na yatang bliss projects ngayon (government housing na yata ang term ngayon), the term "bliss" remained lang since the marcoses, who did the bliss projects all over the country.

Background on this project is kinuha ko lang ung floor plan ng existing bliss kasi sobrang effective para sa akin and my client in terms of airflow(cross-vent) and vistas. then I modified it a little with the elevator and expanded the existing 40++sqm to 70+sqm. converted the ground floor to commercial stalls. medyo mahal nga to bro, pro cheaper pa din kasi sa province to. they're selling 3m-4m a unit. Not a government project bro. mali lang cguro title ko. sa up-bliss ko kasi nakuha ung plan nito na nimodify ko. kaya ganun title ko. thanks bro.

thanks bro. hayaan mo bro, babalik ka rin ika nga ni joey ayala. anyway, ginawa kong edit poly ung AEC para maprevent ko lang ung pagkawala ng mga butas bro, pro mas ok pala pag refresh mo lang sya parati than converting it to edit poly.
