Wow what a lowcost housing!

ok to bro. i did the same thing. 5x5 ung sakin. masarap magdesign ng mga ganito. anyway. looking good naman. medyo mahal ang mga bato kaya hindi lowcost to. hehe. more of small space rather than lowcost. good luck bro.
Re: Wow what a lowcost housing!
oo,,prang hnd lowcost to,,hehe
- remove tao and car,mas ok kung 3d nlng..
- change road map

Re: Wow what a lowcost housing!
- adjust the contrast of your image. this could caused by your color mapping settings.
- human entourage looks pasted. You can tweak that in a photo editing software, or you can use 3d models if you insist on having them in your scene.
Other comments have been said already. keep it up!

Re: Wow what a lowcost housing!
comment ko ulit. i like your planning! naka 3 bedrooms ka pa sa lagay na yan. astig! also, consider mo din ung code. minimum airvent is 2x2.

aus sa planning ito... though un nga, some b.c. req, were not met. nwei, for me, just improve on your modeling muna, lalo na sa details, like the railing. and... on your facade, siguro me mas igaganda pa to sa design. imho, di ko lang gusto ung me mga recessed walls sa may bintana... parang naeemphasize ung post. un lang po.

Re: Wow what a lowcost housing!
Hi there!
Naku ser maski bali baliktarin natin ang mundo this will not fall under low cost housing category... kung sa pinas ha. Maski walang finish ito pag matapos, still not a low cost housing. If you remove the 2nd floor, ayun ang low cost... Normally kasi they just put a loft (half of the ground floor and wood construction) instead of a real 2nd floor. Is your 2nd floor by the way went out further?
