First topic message reminder :

Hi guys.Heres latest from me.A good friend of mine who owned a small design firm contacted me to design for them a villa for a public servant back in our province.
Been working with this for a week now from concept up to proposed design.Bit difficult for me cause i havent seen the actual site.They just gave me some site photos and lot plan but still not enough cause for me its very important to visit the site at least for design considerations.Anyway nothing really special with these just want to hear suggestions
from you guys.Not really sure about the column and cantilivered slabbut i think its the engineers job to make it possible.hehehehe.. Very Happy
Thanks CGP!Hope you like it!More power to all..

For Better Res..

wireframan wrote:Cool design I love it..ganda ng pag ka present. Comment po.. as per as your rendering super linaw lang ng tubig maybe put some ripples..? sa design naman I'm not sure about that glass wall wrapping almost at every sides baka mag ka problema tayo sa structural stability nito..? IMHO maybe put some post every 5mts in between glass walls..? Aside from that stunning and cool minimalist concept! pang mayaman talaga.

I love the 1st image very romantic ang dating parang ngayun lang sila nag kita ulit.. Bakasyun muna sir hehehe kidding! peace man

contrary lang po,,,palagay ko naman po okey lang din,, kasi posible namang magamit para for support yung leaning post,,,depende nalang sa reinforcement ng floor sa mid center part ng cantilever,,,great thinking!,,coz he manage to reduce the number or post with thAt tricky idea at the same time balance paring tignan ,,naalala ko tuloy yung lumang pinagawa sa amin 3 years ago,,pero di ganto kaganda,,,hehehe,,,kung ito parang villa savoy yung sakin villa sabog,,heheh,,,
the sceenery is very calm and peaceful,,,i love it!,,,hi kay pareng andro,,, peace man

My apology sir, hindi ata masyado clear ang pagkasabi ko.. I don't have any question sa leaning post infact tumpak at tama po ang ginawa ng designer, what I'm talking about was the post or columns that will support the flat roof and to hold those glass walls which will be positioned every 5 or 6mts at all sides.. Concern lang kasi ako pag puro glass baka delikado malapit pa naman sa dagat malakas ang hangin minsan..at baka mag twist ang structure basag lahat ang mga glass na yan..But stil I'm not sure about this..much better we'll wait for the designer nalang to explain behind this concept.. or baka may mga structural engineers dito pls clairify po.. Salamat po.

hmmm thank you din po,,hmm apology din po me na miss din ako nung una,,,hehehe,,,palagay ko lang din siguro yung mass sa gitna ang pinaka backbone nito at siyang hahawak ng lahat including the roof slab,,,,palagay ko lang po,,para kasing villa savoy ang dating nito,,sabagay sabi nga niya,, bahala na ang mga engineers,,hehehe,,iba talaga pag masyadong maganda gawa,,,masyadong kontrobersiyal,,,hehehe,,,nice discussion sir,, peace man and pahabol narin po pala about the glass,,,kung non-bearing naman ang frame and it dont depends on the structure's movement(moment) or what so ever with an appropriate thickness of glass due to wind load i think its still safe,,,di rin naman ganun kataasaan ang structure para maka recieve ang malakas axial load from the wind,,,yung nga lang yung foundation,,kung nasa tubig ang structure,,,mukang piles pa gagamitin nila,,wow,, at wow din ang budget,,,hmmmm scratch

Thanks muggz for the info.Yeah i think yung center mass ang magiging main foundation nila.Last discussion is to revise the plan and allocate at least 3 meters on center para sa load bearing walls and solid foundation.Really dont know the details yun lng yung input.Comment lng nila yung slanted column medyo mataas daw yung degrees if we can reduce daw much better. About the glass i havent heard anything.Yeah gagamit sila ng piles thats what ive heard.Anyway dont know when is the execution ng project.I leave it to my friend.Talagang conceptual lng ako dito and rendering.Again many thanks bro..

@gardo and Jovanie-Salamat mga tol-settings na ginamit ko e IR(Medium) + LC(1300),reinhard color mapping,

Enviroment .9 with blue color(Depends on the mood),adaptive amount .8 noise threshold .002
Yun lng.Remember lng bro na this settings is not good for preview.I used it for
final render.Each time binabago ko yan depende sa stage ng rendering ko.You might want
