Asian Mix

Hi guys, just wanted to share this new render from me. tinulungan ko ang friend ko kasi naka 4 revision na daw sya. sana ok na to. haha. this is an asian mix sa tingin ko kasi pinaghalo halo na namin ang mga ideas namin about modern asian design.

napakasimple ng design. maganda na as it is pero kung may ilalagay pang ibang accents ok parin. 5 thumbs up.

galing ng concept sir.. modern yung approach but you use vernacular materials. may pagka spanish colonial influence yung design na marami sa cebu. Its like preserving those old house from extinction but minodernize mo lng yung approach ng design. ikaw na ata susunod sa apak ni pareng bobby manosa.. hehehe keep it up sir.

If I have a comment, then its that the road is too clean (sorry wasn't able to read previous post...) but other than that two thumbs!

Pero maganda neil! Rendering is good. Sa design kuha mo yung gusto mong theme pero in my opinion lang, I would replace the roof style sa simpleng cuatro aguas and the gutter is in the middle not on the edge.

Saka planters yung nasa labas ng window sa 2nd floor noh? Musta ka na?? hehe

Hello Sir Bokz..wla akong comment sa design.. pero may mga suggestions lang ako kung ok lng sayo.. try use displacements sa mga stones mats..try to reduce the sharpness of the corners..medyo nalalakian ako sa cars IMHO lang..mmmm..medyo dadilim ang basement...at baka pwedeng palitan nang halaman sa harapan para kasing palay..lastly BG.. waaahh ang dami na tama na to baka ma banned ako dito ehhe joke lang sir boks.. I hope makakatulong..anyways prelim pa naman to dba? abangan ko nalang ang final output.. good luck and more power!

i agree with sir nomer on the frameless corner windows. in addition, mas magmumukang asian to kun meron mga "tukod" na slanting from the walls to the eaves. all in all, great design and render sir bokkins!

Thanks sa mga comments and suggestions nyo guys. malaking tulong to sakin. madami tlaga akong namiss dito. Tamang tama to after the comments of the owner.

-maganda nga yung frameless sa corner bro. Im considering that too.

-roof style naman is our wildcard option. kasi scrapped ang quatro aguas na maganda sana.

-tukod would be too much for me. but i like that too.

-i'll try to redo this sa final render ko. with sunset siguro or a night scene.

@ronski-ok naman ako bro. kaw musta dyan. landscaping is tedious pa for now. hehe. after the comments gawin ko. thanks bro.
