looks good pero mukhang out of place yung lens flare pang interior... sa exterior those lights will not loook like that... actually walang lens flare sa exterior kahit night scene just white light will be fine. sun lang ang kayang mag lens flare sa exterior.... maybe light up the inside with yellowish light...  hope this helps..

one thing i like to address sa government natin is those power lines... sana masa batas na yang power lines e nasa box culvert sa ilalim ng sidewalk.. oo nga pala ala kang sidewalk....

Lens flare exists anytime, anywhere. Mapa exterior man o interior. Nasa camera lens 'yan in real life.

Pwede ka namang gumamit ng flare BUT, minimal use lang. Subtle lang kumbaga.

totally agree with Arki Gerbz... just to be safe dont use lens flare sa exterior maliban na lang street light o head light.... etc... i stand corrected. medyo na carried away ako hahahaha
