Re: COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
The white mazda looks gargantuan (read huge/big). Like sir Roy always say, "the 3d peeps look like zombies amblin around". Especially the one about to bump into the red Honda. I'm not against 3d peeps really, but there are some with "dynamic" poses. Not zombie like. Stone mat doesn't convince me. Not too sure about the foreground shadows too; are they faked?...
This is revised from?... The original image would have helped in giving proper crits right now we might as well be looking at a "new" render, not a "revised" one...

Re: COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL BUILDING
Good clean render. The typical vray-template render.
But I have the same comment upon reading master cloud's words on the foreground shadows, i'd say i agree that they seem to be off. Unless you have 6-storey tall trees.
Thanks for sharing.

No worries mate, I see you've updated yet again. Request ko sana keep the original images para di naman malito mga viewers kung ano pinaguusapan natin sir. May basehan ika nga. Much better stone mat; shadows a-ok; wala na siguro ako ma-crit...
Hmmm... leaves a lang siguro but thats nitpicking na...
