You will not see bumps of waves when the river freezes. it will be flat like glass although not so reflective depending of course on the viewing angle. Normally, only at very low temperatures they tend to freeze, other than that you'll still see them as normal waterbeds some areas that don't normally get disturbed turning into thin sheets of ice. Other than that nitpick - the rendered image looks fine.
I would have also preferred some layers of ice sticking on the glass windows and some of them piling up below.
