thesis proposal:tree house - housing laws

guys my thesis proposal title is

Tree House Community: A Site Sustainable Approach to a Flexible Small Cluster Housing
and the housing type is mid-end  to  high-end housing

i've covered already these following housing laws:

P.D. 957 - REGULATING THE SALE OF SUBDIVISION LOTS AND CONDOMINIUM

R.A. 7279 - AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR A COMPREHENSIVE AND CONTINUING URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING PROGRAM

B.P. 220 - SOCIALIZED HOUSING ( although my thesis doesn't cover socialized housing)

are there any laws about housing I may consider?
