di ko magets yung title niyo ser pasensya na slow ako,ano ibig mo sabihin sa "restrains in health facilities for persons with different stature and immobility problems", does that mean yung proposal niyo ay para ma improve yung mga limitations or restrains ng mga health center sa mga disabled na tao?mas imrpoved at advance na health center para sa mga disabled?
