Greetings, new member here. I'm DeCarlo, a third year architecture student and my class was given an assignment to interview architects of different business entities (sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation) for our professional practice course and now we were hoping that since this site's mostly composed of architects that this would be a really good place to start. So here are a 'few' questions we would like you to answer. They're not much and you don't have to answer them all, but we think you'll find them fun to answer. So, you know, kung may free time po kayo, feel free to answer them. Salamat po!

• How do you prioritize work assignments?
• What are the steps in the design process?
• Can you provide an example of a difficult client situation?
• What are some of your greatest personal achievements as an architect?
• What is important to you in a firm?
•Do you have experience with “green” or sustainable design?
•What types of design projects do you feel most comfortable with: Educational, health care, industrial, commercial / retail / residential? Why?
•How do you establish fees?
•How do you manage and communicate about money during the process?
If the scope of the project changes later in the project, will there be additional fees?

Mas maganda nito ay personal nyong puntahan ang mga opisina na may mga architects. It's best if you talk to them face to face para mas maintindihan nyo talaga ang tunay na meaning ng mga ganitong practices.
Sa totoo lang, kaya ko ifill up lahat yan based sa mga books at internet reference. Pero walang sense di ba?
