Saving without a background

I just finished doing a render in Max. Dapat isasave ko po sya without the background which is PNG. Pero pagsinisave ko s'ya nasasama pa rin ang background. I tried saving sa tif, png, and tga pero lahat sila nasasama ang background. Paano po ba masasa without the background. Salama in advance to CGPinoy community.

When saving, at the PNG configuration box, tick the ALPHA CHANNEL slot..

PS: make sure your light source is "invisible"..

is your "background" a plane on the back of your model with sky texture?

Invisible nga po pala dapat para di makita yung texture sa dome light ko. Thanks po

Sa environment settings ko lang po yung background ko, and from the texture nung vray light dome. Salamat po sa pagdaan.
