Architectural Thesis Inquiry

Good Day CGPeeps! Just need some help deciding about what type of thesis i'm gonna pursue. Here are my options:

1. Socialized Self-Sustaining Community
-For lower class communities, basically like eco-villages?
-Problem: low-cost designs can be very limiting, mahirap daw mag-housing projects? (based from my thesis adviser and other higher arki students). Proponents can be difficult to find?

2. Mixed-Use Development
-Residential, Commercial and Recreational
-Problem: Too much requirements and scope can be wide? I can't think of a new innovation or technology that can make this project stand out. Already a common thesis project?

3. Automotive Research and Design Facility/Center
-I just love cars. I think that there's no such facility or center like this in the Philippines
-Problem: I don't know yet =)

4. Tutuban Re-Development

5. Dangwa Re-Development
-Dangwa is kind of like the flower capital in Manila. Shops are open 24/7.

siguro choose #3 if you really like facts and stuffs about cars, ang problem lang po na nakikita ko doon ay iyung dimensions ng machines para sa space comp mo po medyo mahirap hanapin, otherwise magiging parang warehouse lamang sya na magpoprovide ka ng flexible space for industrial use...

pero malaki ang need sa housing developments dito satin, oo very limiting ang cost pero ito yung nagpapaganda sa design solution mo dahil napu-push ka magsearh ng alternative materials
