hi guys,
just wanna share this tabing guhit i did.. this is just a conceptual.
its there design- render and composition lng sa akin.
they just gave me the plan and conceptual images...dinitalye ko nlng.
and by the way my first post this year 2009... Hope u like it... C&c are most welcome.

hi sir austria. yup. the water is 3d. gumamit ako nng smoke for bump than using noise.. agree on the entourage which is off by now.but ill post for some more updates on this with details...yup it is a private owned island... thanx agen sir..

good lighting bro medyo kakaiba nga lang ung kulay ng dagat mo... i still prefer ung totoong kulay ng dagat. and about sa structural naman ng roof, ang nakikita kong hindi realistic e yung membranes nya... isang orientation lang kasi ung frame mas oks sana kung lagyan mo ng kahit white strips na magcounter para kapanipaniwala talaga ung curves. and ung mga poste bro kitang-kita sa presentation na wala syang connections to make it believable na sturdy sya at nakakapit talaga sa roof. for now kasi tumagos sya sa roof or nakapatong lang sa kanya ung roofing mo.

and hindi ba masyadong malapit sa pampang ung mga structure mo bro? wala bang high-tide and low-tide dito? how about the research made ung pagliit ng island? i mean ung pagkain ng tubig sa island dahan-dahan per year? hope makatulong bro...

yup - the sea had to be work out a bit. actually they have this photographs showing the same kind of sea scheme that been rendered. i must admit that this was just an infant design and it has to be a long way to go.. regarding with the issues concern,
i think they have made up some studies a long way back before putting up this kind of island design generation. coz wat i've knwn it will be going to be centralized and concealed air conditioning island...ur issues had been raise during the making of palm island. coz wat ive learned they are having problem tackling the current of the sea in which (correct if im wrong)- na ang current ng sea is just opposite to the island..so they were having the problem of maintaining it...nakaka amaze nga kc..i am thinking in the long run that it would be a benefit of me..how would they set up and counter attack the design scheme problem in the future..

i think this island exist. coz ive seen they have plots and coordinates na pinagbasihan ko sa model.
i am looking forward unto its development hanggang sa mag mature..

i think this island exist. coz ive seen they have plots and coordinates na pinagbasihan ko sa model.

Design these days are really amazing.Especially in Dubai..Grabe!Pagalingan talga ng concept and parang napakaimposible na ng mga proposal. Ang gagaling ng mga arkitekto na to!Anyway dude..Happy for you kahit papano may gilid pa din.Ako wala for the mean time.hehehe pero busy dito sa office..Goodluck dude!

bro.. natuwa lang po ako sa comment nyo... nwei... sir cubi-o... gusto ko rin makita ung update neto... as of now, bitin lang po sa detalye. lalo na sa connection ng roofing and the post. pansin ko lang din po ung mga sofas dun sir... imho, parang alanganin ako gumamit ng ganung sofa outdoor... my concern is regarding sa environment issues like rain. thought not directly exposed, ung mga moistures would affect it parin. pero f that was considered, there is no problem at all. anyways very very nice concept.

sir noted po lahat yan.. actually the design would be an enclosed indoor activity resort. isasara nila kc naka centralize na AC cya. they have a way and means para ma filter lahat..d man lahat pero at least it could lessen.. a long way to go pa ang concept nato sir.. i am happy to be part of this.. share ko mga updates nito mayroon nah.. thanx agen for dropping sir..

O.T - d namn jeff..hehehe. happy lng for this kind of projct coz they treat each individual maski sideline lng to be part of their team... compensation is there..hehehe. pero mas excited ako sa execution ng design..coz i find it very interesting..
