Kuraman Island

Pulau kuraman is situated south part of Labuan island, malaysia.. its a small island with sotf white sands a clear sea
ideal for taking scapes photos. kuraman island is also famous for its diving and snorkelling activities.

There are several local fishing villages if u walk further from the main beach. i wonder how these local people fight for their survival
in this island,, . Not enough electricity & limited Water Supply... No education i guess..

Last 29th of march 2009.. i had this chance to visit the island. i joined a group of teachers here in brunei and a 2 divers to visit the
place..

Nakarating na ko dito, maganda talaga dyan...walang gaanong tao,....ganito pa rin ba rito medyo hindi pa rin nalilinis....thanks for sharing sir leeeee

rule of thirds is the best!! ganda sir!! Amatuer palang ako sa photography.. give me some tips naman sir... lalo na sa compositions...

nice shot & effects sir... but i know dinaan ito sa fotoshop..ano pong gamit mo para mging bright yung colors mo..?

@ aldwin. RE: Compositions. i'm no pro bro.. but just to share wat i have.. subjective din kasi ung composition eh.. there is a rules on a composition but u can only break the rules pag alam mo na ung rules. tama ba, ehe. for landscapes kasi u need to have a lot of elements. e.i. foreground/subject,sky/backgroud. better if u catch the movements like moving clouds or waves. very inportant din un filters wen shooting scapes.. for this shots i did used hoya CPL filter.that makes my sky blueish.. how i wish i have ND 8 & ND 400 wen i went there. practice practice lang bro..

control J>>go to filters>other>high pass. Value fom 4 - 6.., click ok,, then change blending mode to vivid light.. thats it,, but carefull... this process will make ur image a bit noisy on some pixels.. hope its helps sir.. thanks.
