Bathroom
Actually first post ko po to. Italian inspired design daw to sabi ng mga designers namin..
If you have any C&C po sa design as will as rendering just leave it here nalang po.
At kung meron din po kayong questions regarding how I generated this image wag lang po kayong
mag atubiling mag tanong. I'm Ready and willing to share my ideas.
Salamat po! Mabuhay ang CGP!
Tools used: 3D Studio Max 2009, Vray, PSCS4

Re: Bathroom
First of all welcome to cgpinoy! Nice image you got...my comment would have to be on your curtains, I think the shader needs some tweaking. Maybe adjusting it to appear more cloth like would do the trick. Nevertheless, still this is good for me.
Post some more sir!

Re: Bathroom
Salamat sa pag welcome sir arkiedmund!
at salamat sa mga commets ninyo laking tulong to.
mga cloth like pillows, blanket, carpet, etc.. maybe you have some tips
on how to look like a cloth especially yong Velvet cloth ang hirap ma achieve nito.
@ trac006; Yes sir PS lang po ang DOF d pa ako sanay
gumamit ng dof sa max. Sinadya po talaga yan na
translucent or ghosted and kurtina..gusto ng boss
Yes, you have the point nabawasan ang details because of the dof. Originally walang
@ reggie0711; You have the point sir, as far as I know pang mayaman talaga tong
bathroom na to.. yung lighting sa ilalim ng bathtub i think not really a big problem
Thanks a lot guys..

Re: Bathroom
@sir wireframan:
MOst of the time, experimentation lang din ako pagdating sa mga fabrics. One effective way is to use vray2sided material. dun sa mga slot ilalagay mo yung bitmap na gagamitin mo, at try mo laruin yung mga value. Or pwede rin maglagay ka ng magandang bitmap, tapos kung gusto mo medyo transparent, play with the transparency controls...Hope makatulong ito...Marami ditong mas marunong sa akin with regards to cloth and fabric setup. Antayin lang natin sila.

Re: Bathroom
nice design on this one bro. welcome to cgp. maganda ang overall feel ng banyo. even the materials are perfectly used. comment ko lang sa composition, ung towel is better folded na nakapatong sa side ng tub, together with a flower(calachuchi or a rose) and a bodywash canister or a lotion. overall it's very well done. keep it up bro, and post ka pa more.

Re: Bathroom
archie it was nice meeting you and rafie the last time..
i think overall this is good, however the DOF doesn't seem to match real life parameters.
usually a strong DOF is visible in macro or intimate shots, the DOF in your render seems to give the impression that this is half the size of the actual space. in wide angle shots the blur wouldn't be evident unless the distance is substantial.

Hello sir Celes nice meeting you also. Ganda ng office ninyo kakaiba ang aura nagustuhan ko especially when I saw some guitars and amps in the corner na miss ko tuloy tumogtug I donnu kung pwede ko rin gawin
yan sa office..
Anyways..I don't have enough knowledge in DOF and its principles pinagaruan ko lang ang image hehehe
I just wanted the image to have a "camera shot effect" kunyari meron akong dslr canon d50 with 18mm lens (in my dreams)
Yes I think you have the piont thanks a lot for the c&c this is a huge help. I'll apply ur ideas to my next renderings

Salamat bro. Yep! sinadya ko talaga e blur and background ng image, but originally hindi naka blur ang yan, pero yung kurtina pina ghost effect yan ng boss ko para makita daw ang vanity- medyo OA nga eh pero wala ako magawa inootusan lang po..para kasi akong robot dito tapus sila parang nag vo-voice command lang- parang ganito oh-move to left, more, rotate to the right, zoom in, zoom out, wait..ok balik mo nalang sa original na view! waaaaahhh!! haaayyy....
However...! I'm planning to upadate this image but this time may own way may own style! bwahaha!
Tnx again bro!
