ano ano po ba ang dapat consider sa pag estimate ng waterproofing. alam ko po na iba ibang klase ng waterproofing, yun nilalatag at yun pinipintura. kaso hinde pa ako nakagamit nito sa actual hanggang design lang po sa overseas. ano po ba mairerecommend niyo sa local? at papano ko ito estimate para mabudgetan ko. salamat po. gagamitin ko po sa roofdeck.

I highly recomend yung membrane, yung pinapahid hindi pang long term. I think nasa 600-700 pesos per sq. mtr yung price range nung pinaka mura including installation.
