Mga master ask ko lang po kung ilang percent ang alocated sa labor doon sa estimated contract price ng isang construction eg. bungalow. and kasama po ba sa labor ung rent ng mga tools or machines?eg. welding machine,concrete mixer ect. or example po i have the total or extimated cost of materialsf for a construction is P 50,000 pesos, how many percent of these amount will be added for labor cost? thanks po mga master.Good day po

usually 30 percent. pro depende pa yan, lalo na kung laborous job. also, iba din ang cost nyan pag excavation, kasi puro labor yun. so bilangin mo nalang kung ilang tao ang gagawa at ilang araw, then profit ka from it para meron kang allowance kung sakaling lumagpas sa araw.

iba din ang rentel ng equipment. so tatanchahin mo kung ilang araw mo gagamit tapos lagyan mo ng allowance kasi mahirap na, sa iba mong items makukuha yun pag nalugi ka. so dapat balance lang lahat.

sir sa pagkakaalam ko 35%....dito pa yan sa province ha.

total material cost = material cost
labor cost 35% = 35% of material cost
Total = total material cost + labor cost 35%

Okey po now my dagdag kaalaman na ako baguhan lang kasi sa pangungontrata. tanung ko narin po kung saan prefered niyo bilhan ng mga construction supply? although my quotation na ako baka may mas mura p hehe na alam niyo. antipolo rizal kasi ung site. salamat mga master laking tulong sakin to na hindi archi

tama si sir bokks, depende yan kung ano ang scope of work mo, kung more on carpentry, painting, or any finishing work, skilled workers ang gagawa nyan at mahal ang bayad compare to laborers,,,

the best talaga, mag canvass ka sa pinka malapit na hardware sa site mo, sigurado kasi dun ka lang bibili ng materials mo

ok na ang 30 percent. kasi sa dulo may mark-up ka pa nyan ulit, depende sa klase ng materials.

sa commonwealth, meron dyan hardware, megacom ang name. dyan kami kumukuha. pro mas ok pag mas malapit para di ka mamoblema sa delivery. para libre. lalo na kung konti lang naman ang difference sa presyo. check mo din dyan sa cainta banda. meron mga hardware store dyan. or mismong sa antipolo, may mga nakita ako dyan.

kapag nangongontrata ka pre para safe palagi add always at least 5% sa total estimate mo sa lahat ng materials lalo na sa semento buhangin kasi may nasasayang palagi na semento buhangin at sa bato di gaano. at sa RC bars naman meron talagang naiiwan na mga putol putol, pati kahoy mo. nakuha ko lang ito sa isang construction company meron silang sariling estimate book na sila mismo ang gumawa , at effective naman although di ito itinuturo sa school pero kasi minsan di lahat ng materiales mo available sa local area, minsan pag canvass mo meron pagdating na sa araw na kelangan mo na ubos so doon ka na kukuha sa malayo. pero wag mo nang ipakita yung 5% na addtional mo isaman mo na lang sa caluclation lets say
ang cement mo ay 100 bags dagdagan mo ng limang bag to make 105 bags. just my personal experience.

Sa quantity take-off palang, always dagdag ng waste factor...
Sa labor cost naman mas maganda kong by manhour method (kong availabale ang data bawat activities)....
At sa equipment usually daily rate yan, ma dederive mo yan from labor manhour.

tama si sir torring sir.. mas maganda kung gawa ka ng table ang list mo lahat ng tao mo then gawa ka ng schedule of works daily.. nang sa ganun ma compute mo lahat ng total days required to finished the job... ito po process ko on estimating sa mga naging projects ko.. add ka lang konting allowance maybe 5 % of your total working days is enough. and dun sa mga machines hindi ko sya sinasama sa computation ko sa labor sa overhead equipment contigencies ko sya nilalagay.. sana makatulong sir...

noted yan sir, how about po ung billing ng water or power na nagamit during construction? expense na po ba ung sir ng owner? ask ko narin po kung ano preferred way of constracting roofdeck or brand for water proofing sa mga roofdeck?roofdeck kasi gusto ng mayari a total of 68 square po ung roof deck. ung kasi ung medyo concern ko baka magkaproblema pag mali mapili ko

actually sir sa mga previous project ko may ari na nagbayad ng kuryente at tuig.. yung kuryente sir may babayaran kasi yung may ari kapag nag apply ka ng linya kung magkano mako-consume nyo na kuryente ibabawas lang nila dun sa downpayment na binayaran ng may ari ng bahay.. base po sa province ung sinasabi ko sir.. then about sa water proofing i used add mix to that...
pero medyo mahal sir try mo na lang gumamit ng ordinary water proofing na available sa market actually kapag maayos ang pagkakagawa mo or nasunod mo naman ang correct procedure on water proofing wala kang magiging problema sir..
