Mapping Of trees with diffuse and Opacity in PLane

Patulong po ulit ng tutorials kung paano mag map sa isang plane ng trees na 2d.meron na po ako opacity at diffuse map ng trees hinde ko lang po alam paano ilagay.help po please.tnx

create a plane, copy and rotate the second one to make it perpendicular to each other, then provide you material as shown.

you could also try the blend function

diffuse and opacity is also a great way to map a leaf and then use the scatter tool to make numerous copies of the leaves around an object. in an instant you have already modeled your own type of hedge.

me, i seldom use opacity mapping, try particles hehehehehe
its a banyan tree at aec foliage, take all the leaves and applied with paticles

share ko lang. try using mltree plug-in... ang kagandahan dito is u dont have to rotate your plane manualy. meron xa paramaters na you'll just click it.. tpos automatic na haharap sa cam view mo ung plane. its free. search nyo lang po un. now.. search for mode diffuse and opacity. ako.. i cut-out my tree manually sa photoshop from photos..

share namna jan.. san po mga sites na makaka-download ng free diffuse and opacity tree cut-outs. hirap kasi ako eh. lalo na sa mga palms... tnx..

pag nirender ko siya yung shadow niya eh rectangle siya. Hindi yung shape ng tree. Help naman po. Anu po bang i aadjust ko dito?

Well, your shadows should be raytraced. Shadow mapped lights aren't able to penetrate the opacity maps.

No options for the shadows (you can see it under it's parameters).
If you intend to pass the light inside the room, be sure to check the 'affect shadow' of your glass under 'refraction' parameter.
