I think what you should consider is a project that can be utilised/converted into an evacuation centre.

Ang dapat mong i-present ay socio-economic returns at hindi financial ROI.

yes. po socio-economic po ang balak ko for this project, my juror also suggested to put up some portable houseing para may privacy. any sugestion for this sir.?

portable housing? i think the better term for this is "collapsible shelter"..idea ko lang naman, para maiba lang.

good evening mga sir i really need your help, nasa chapter5 na po ako ng thesis ko na Evacuation Center. i'm required na magprovide ng COLLAPSIBLE type house for the evacuee (family) inside the evacuation na magseserve as partition po. meron po ba kayong alam na ganitong klaseng technology (bukod po sa usual TENT)? any links na pwede pong pagkuhanan ng idea at conscept na din po.

ito po kasi ung pinaka spolusyon sa problema ng isang evacuation center, which is over crowding, no privacy at all, kaya nagiging prone sa mga transferable diseases. salamat po ng madami

Sir mabenta sana ngaun kung gagawa ka ng Architectural solution
regarding sa flooding problems natin dyan sa pinas, bigyan kita idea
sir, nung nasa UST pa ako at nag hahanap din ako ng thesis, meron akong
nakitang book regarding sa new generation ng mga residential homes sa
London... ito yung mga residential na ginagawa nila sa ibabaw ng tubig..
they use buoyancy to float, same concept ng Ships on how to float above
water, then naka anchor yung bed ng house sa river bed... tignan mo sir
drawing ko =) parang ganyan yung idea.. pag paxenxahan nyo na sir
mahirap mag drawing gamit ang mouse =P

gawan mo na lang ng paraan sir kung paano yung sanitary lines and electrical lines... just use your imagination..

Im a Civil engineering student. Implementing research po kami. evacuation center din ang thesis namin. We are going to use collapsible wooden pallet house instead of tent. kailangan po bang kasama sa study namin ang lugar kung saan ito itatayo at ang pag tataguan nito tuwing hindi gagamitin? If this will be implement, di ba po government na ang bahalang mag desisyon tungkol sa issue na iyon. Kumbaga, we are just the designer. Tma po ba? dito na ako nag post kasi halos pareho tayo ng thesis. I hope you dont mind.

hello buddy! hulog ka nga langit HAHA! first. one of my biggest problem is the system how i will separate evacuees.. i ended up with TUBE system as partition, kaso parang low class.. pwede mo bang idiscuss sakin ung collapible wooden pallet house mo? pano ba yan? ilang minuto bago mabuo? ilang tao ang kelangan para jan?

ang ginawa ko kasi sa design ko is,, magkakaroon ako ng seperate room for storage ng collapsble house ko, para in times ng calamity, nandun lang sya.. ganun.

as architecture student.. we need to justify those questions kasi. kung saan ilalagay, saan itatayo, saan itatago, how do they get? ilan ang accupants?

mag kakaroon kasi ng evaluation. Kung ilang tao ang mag kakasya, It depends sa area ng pallet house sempre. base sa research namin, ang 3m x 4m ay 7 person ang kaya. Since naka-focus kami sa cost analysis for low cost, ang payo sa amin, ung pinaka simpleng gawin design at pinaka affordable instead of tents. NAg de-design pa rin kami, pero ang target namin ay more or less an half hour lang para ma-assemble. Hirap kami sa design. : ( (hope someone will help us.) sempre kailangan lowcost at madaling i-transport. May limitation kami na "for temporary shelter" lang. About sa storage, depende dapat un, dapat compatible sa wooden pallet, i mean, kung ire-research mo ang wooden pallet., malalaman mo ung mga advantages at ang disadvantages ng pag gamit nito. Ung maintenance at pag aalaga dito.

For the record. Ang research namin ay Isang wooden pallet house per 7 occupants. At dapat affordable. Iyong sau yata ay parang Isang malaking bahay na lalagyan mo ng partition to seperate the evacuees? .

The best thing in our thesis is, ung collapsible wooden house, pwede ring mgamit sa ilang government event tulad ng leardership training seminars, convension, etc. ksi able to transport sya at kung ilang taon magtatagal (still researching). or even TEMPORARy relocation center.

ou tama ka, isang malaking building nga xa, na lalagyan ng Collapsible Partition.. pero hindi Bahay ahh. COLLAPSIBLE NA BAHAY ung sau db? na ba na pwedeng itayo kahet saan.. para ng F-shelter?
