Re: Just Another Bathroom
.
Ang galing ng pagkaka-render bro.
The floor tiles doesn't look like anti-slip.
Kung may false ceiling ka, I suggest mag-ceiling extract fan ka na lang.
The paper toilet dispenser, or whatever they call it, and the trash bin should really be to the right of the WC if you have space, of course. Because it is under the basin, kailangan mo munang mag-"twistandshout".
Kailangan din po siguro ng vanities. I don't see a place where you can store you're bathroom chuvachuhu (for lack of a better term) plus i'd suggest ledges/shelves.

Re: Just Another Bathroom
rendering wise ok
aesthetics and design, you may want to go back the drawing board.
Case in point (again this is evident to a mindset that does not really have a bathing culture that allows one to have actual interaction with elements like the ones rendered) :
You need to have bars on the walls to hold on to when you are in a tub, the tub mixed with soap and water is slippery. Usually - specially in foreign countries - there is an allotment of a bar to support yourself when you dip or gets out of the pool of water.
Most bathtubas are actually a platform for showers as well , that means people tend to have showers inside them. That is the purpose why you have shower curtains so you do not have water spilling out of the floor which makes the bathroom floor a safety hazard.
Abroad, the flooring specially if you have mixed use (toilet/bath in the same room) isn't really something youd wet unlike in the Philippines where cleaning the toilet or bathroom includes a pail fo water or a mop to clean.
So what I7d expect would be a recession in the flooring to collect the excess water. Not a drainage hole near my toilet seat.
There's a lot more I can comment on but I'm running out of time.
This is an elegant looking render, the design just ain't giving it justice.

Re: Just Another Bathroom
A good design (that boils down to good renderings) is what I find lacking.
There are many afterthoughts on this image, the mirror is one. It just don't belong in there, so as the exhaust, the towels and the floor towel.
If I would be designing - I'd probably build something of a concealment to cover those boring pipes below the sink.
But that's just the picky me.

maraming salamat Sir Orange n' Green & Sir V for your kind CnC's. Malaking tulong itong mga tips nyo from your humble experience in the field of design & visualization. If given the chance to design one, your trustworthy CnC's will be my ideal steps. But for now this was just a product sampling & only focusing on the modelling & rendering part.
Maraming salamat Sirs sa inputs.
