look for better maps (better resolution), sayang length ng counter because of the water closet location,add lighting effects under counter (preference ko lang),image is too sharp.

nice render po..pero comment ko lang medyo maliit po yata yung space for water closet at tsaka di ka masyadong makagalaw pag naghihilamos ka..better change yung location or replan it..baka pwede pagpalit ang water closet dun sa my shelvings..IMHO lang po..tfs sir..

Nice Design sir. May mga pixel burn lang, try to check the sub-pixel maping under vray::color maping para mawala yung mga pixel burn. 
Paki check nalang po kung mali yung pag katawag ko ng pixel burn or mali yung pag ka bigay ko ng idea.
