Need Some Thesis Advice

Hello guys,I am currently on my 4th year going 5th year,and I was wondering if I could have some advise on thesis
coming this sem,we are required to pass 3 titles,and here are the things I came up with:
1.Sustainable and Energy Efficient Film Studio
2.Green Building Design of a Video Game Development Studio
3.Application of a Green Roofing Design for a School Campus
I know everything seems too broad,but,i was hoping I could get some advice on the film studio,because that is really what im interested in doing.
-whether what twist should I add,or if it is even feasible to construct a film studio here in the philippines...
any advise would be a Godsend.
