How to eliminate black grains in 3dmax

Mga Masters, i hope anyone could help me here, im using 3dmax2011 and vray 2.0 as well on how to eliminate the black grains in my model, and also matulungan nyo po ako na maging realistic ung model ko kagaya ng sa inyo.

Siguro po post mo ang settings mo para matulungan ka ng mga master kung anong i -aadjust.

pero try mo po munang i aadjust ang subdivs sa light. this is the first solution on how to eliminate the noise but expect this will add your render time.

anyway try mo search go to upper right corner then type "vray setting" may nag post na mga master dito ng kanilang setting follow thru mo na lang... enjoy sa mga tutorials dito... goodluck!
