First post coh poh this year.. Project poh ulit ng friend coh, design & rendering yours truly poh..

great work, ang gagaling ng mga ladies dito, uy balita ko alumna ka nang dhvcat, galing din ako dun nung highschool,

kulang, dagdagan mo nang bump yung white wall, 30 lang ang bump hah, pag sumobra pangit na tignan, nice try

ganda ng dating ng bahay ma'am. itatayo ba to sa subdivision ma'am? worried lang kasi ako sa overall height... sabinyo kasi 2.70 fill pa lang so more or less ang maging height nya is 3-storey residence pero 2-storey lang. meron kasing mga subdivision na merong limitation ang height na pwedeng itayo i hope oks naman to sa rules ma'am. i agree with sir bokkins, it could be better kung split level para magamit ung pag slope ng lupa. teka... fill ba un or natural slope?

maam tin.. galing ng render nyo po.. anyways.. the design of the house is very good din para sa akin.. un nga lang sa sloped entry.. hmmm.. given that u should elevate at 2.7... siguro.... try to play with the slope nlng... especially on the garage... ang hirap para sa driver nun. kelangan ba bumwelo... un lang po... suggestion if pwede pa and pwede din sa rules ng subdivision.. y not try putting some spaces at the front part of the lot to give way for the slope not to be too steep.

Bumanat ng mga babaylan ng cgp!.... Ganda naman nito maam tinz!.. Malinis ang pagka render pati texture approved din. Sana mkagawa din ako ng ganito maam!... Keep posting!...

hahaha tnx jayjay.. eclectic design poh is a combination
of elements from different sources.. so wala poh siyang certain style..

@ sir jiloskie & sir jarul---------- salamat poh nagustuhan niyo..

nice rendering and design, yung ramp lang ng garage, sobrang taas yan, pag nagkamali, sigurado laglag yung sasakyan. REst of the concept seems to work for me.

may sariling identity na renders ng sis ko... and top think just a few months ago she wont even touch 3dsmax... keep it up...
