Love the design and rendering tin. Worried lang ako sa slope. you could have played with it instead. medyo mataas kasi na fill itong mangyayari sa lot nya. why not try a split level type of design. good luck tin. un lang nakikita ko so far. Smile thumbsup

ganun nga poh sir jay ..hihi (peace..)
yung friend coh poh kasi gumawa ng plan & we've been arguing about the slope talaga..
so given na ung height ng fill which is 2.70m finish floor line (10x20 LOT)
half of it sa level ng carport & added steps up to the FFL..
honestly hindi talaga nasunod ung 1:12 gradient so steep talaga
yung driveway..eheh
anyway thank's poh master bok's (aka jay manalo..hihi)

Too high nga ang slope, 2.7m is almost a storey high!, but it would be ok if you'll push the garage some more to the back i guess... Regards to sir chrome! Smile

haha. bahain nga sa ledesco. may branch dun ang school kung san ako ng-aaral ng highschool.

sana maayos mo lang ung slope ng garage. hindi magagamit ung ganun for sure tin. Smile

@silvercrown. sa democracia kami nakatira dati. malapit sa tulay papuntang tabuc suba. malapit din sa jaro church. dun ako nghighschool. Smile
