How to Wall grove/grout either Sketchup or 3dsmax?

Greetings CGP 
Badly need your help lang mga sir
about how to make grove or grout sa wall curve
i try it sa sketchup using follow me with profle plane
pero sa horizontal lng pag vertical ngkakaproblem sa intersection
ganito po sana gagawin ko..pls.pls.. guide it doesn't matter either sa max or sketchup

Pinakamabilis is not to use any curved surface. Lahat plane or rectangle lang. Tapos i-spread mo along the curved wall as facets.
Pwedeng extruded, pwede din separate object na pinatong sa wall.

Madali lang yan. kahit sa sketchup pwede. pinakamabilis is protrude plugin. Pwede din isang linya muna gawin mo, fillet at push, tapos instance mo pababa.
Sa max naman, 2 ways, isa is ilatag mo ang plane. tapos edit poly, tapos bevel para sa offset and extrude para sa thickness. Pwede din mga boxes na one line, tapos instance din.

pwede ka rin gumamit ng displacement or bump map. i control mo na lang tiling niya sa UVW map.

pwede din vray edge text. parang wire mesh mangyayari. ok sya pag malayo yung view mo at di halata yung laki ng grout mo.

ok na ho, nakuha ko na i used the plugin
mentioning sir bokkins called protrude
ayos sir, very usefull plugins...just like multiple extrude.
