JJ building scheme 2

Hello CGP.... Share ko lang itong bago kong gawa.. Na post kona dati dito ang unang scheme nito.... Comment nalang po kayo mga masters and members.... Para ma improve pa po mga gawa ko.... Cad,max,vray,ps....

Wow very nice render and design na naman sir agda! i like this scheme than your first one.

Nice rendering I like the color scheme.

stair circular pole columns looks weak. maybe change the color of the pole column into yellow or white to make it look big or add some inverted cone at the tip of the pole meeting with the ceiling. ( parang kasing toothpick tinuhug yung pusporo.)

Add some trellis skylight on the center of that stair roof to make it looks more lighter. imho

Alum cladding ba ang wall treatment o grooves lang? in any case, dapat naka-align ang grooves/joint sa openings.

If there is a way para maiwasan ang mga malalaking signages, mas maganda.

Parang sobra pagka vertical shift bossing, yun lang sakin, imho maybe try another view parang matutumba kasi, or naliliitan lang ako sa structural concept.. but the rendering is still great no doubt

Tama ka sir O&G.... Try ko i correct yan sa mga next render ko.... Sa signages naman ganun talaga ang gusto ng owner sir.... Salamat sa pagcommento sir Orange and green.... Ganda din ng mga works ninyo sir...

i like the metal shaders in cut-out letters! looks great!
the render as swell very realistic! nice effect!
