Latest Architectural Design Commission somewhere here in Marikina. Lot Area 180 SQM, on a limited budget.Still on the development stage. CnC's are welcome.

Workflow: 3Ds Max 2009 + Vray 1.5 SP2 + Adobe Photoshop CS3.

HDRI lit scenes in LWF. All are in low settings.

I like the simplicity of the design. For 2M sa probinsya, swak ito! I prefer din sa front perimeter fence, to have a lower solid wall. Sana maitayo ito.

Design and renderwise ang husay Bro.

Matanong ko lang kasi matagal tagal na din akong wala sa Pinas. Is 2M budget enough? I am just wondering kasi I have a vacant lot na matagal tagal ko na ding gustong patayuan nang bahay and almost the same size as your project. With your excellent design proposition, I might as well give it a serious thought.

Lagpas na ko sa computed budget bro, inaadjust ko pa design, para pumasuk sa 2M budget, so corner and large windows (which are my preferences) are the last options.Kaya bumabawi na lang ako sa massing, color, volume, light and shadow play.

Pati mga gusto kong stone cladding di ko magamit:P
