Latest Architectural Design Commission somewhere here in Marikina. Lot Area 180 SQM, on a limited budget.Still on the development stage. CnC's are welcome.

Workflow: 3Ds Max 2009 + Vray 1.5 SP2 + Adobe Photoshop CS3.

HDRI lit scenes in LWF. All are in low settings.

Maganda bro. I love the lower portion of the house. Yung second floor could still be improved. Nasasayangan ako sa corner window. Parang yun ang bagay sa design mo na nakawrap ang canopy. I know you needed those two slender windows infront, pero parang kulang. A texture siguro in the middle or hindi nakawrap na canopy. Also, sayang at banyo ang nasa harap. I could be better is maipasok mo ang banyo and use a good window to showcase the house. I know medyo security ang reason for not making large windows. pero ito ang magpapaganda sa bahay if you ask me. Overall, design is striking already. Little adjustments lang to make it more awesome. keep it up bro! Very nice first image by the way!

Love this kind of designs.
Simple but elegant.

Comment lang dude sa balcony, masikip ata.
Pwede namang i-extend pa siguro.
Some accent material siguro sa second floor?
It looks plain kasi eh.

Sa rendering naman, BG can be improved at nakalimutan mong lagyan ng
beam lights yung kotse sa labas dude.

Parang wala ako say bro!!!! ganda naman...

siguro ayaw ko lang ng pagka yellow ng lights mo sa loob....
try to choose modern yellow.... keep it up always!!!!

Corner window is my first option, I'm having trouble designing on a 2M budget.Thanks Sir Bokkins, will try to improve this.

Thanks dude, medyo masikip nga @1.1 meters, I'm having trouble on the budget kasi kaya umiiwas ako sa mga finishes, I'm trying to see kung maganda na kung paint lang ang finish, pero still on the process of design development.Onga pala yung beam lights nakalimutan ko talaga Thanks again.
