"Church of light"

First topic message reminder :

It's been a looooooong time.
I almost forgot how to post again. It's weird.
But here I am trying to catch up with you guys(old and new) who inspired me to create again.
This is an interpretation of Church of Light from Tadao Ando.
This is not perfect, I know, but I'm happy with it and I hope you guys like it too.
So here goes...

Is there a packaged 3D file of this church somehwere? I ask because there's a stricking similarity with Elvin Aliyev's.

Textures needs more work, hindi pumutok ang wood and concrete finish, if you would compare sa texture ni elvin aliyev. Nice posting again,3rd image is my favorite.

BTW it's not a comparison at least thats how I saw it. It's an interpretation.

To expound on the textures need work comment above:

I would suggest modfying the textures per object (specially on the 4th image)
so they do not look similar when put one beside the other.

I would prefer a more lighter tone for the woods, so they add more value to the contrast of the composition. Lessen the DOF at least half or 40%.

Nevertheless - its fine as it is.

Ayoko ata ng "biased" ka dude, wahehe, parang laban ni manny, biased din tayo kahit natalo.
Same RIG pa rin dude, nakatulong lang talaga yung 64bit ng malaki.
If I'm still working with 32bit malamang sa napunta lang tong file na to sa baul gang sa makalimutan ko na.
Salamat dude george. Kelan ba ko makakakita ulit ng obra sayo?

As much as possible I don't wanna be compared to that guy, although talagang we all can't help but compare, wala kong laban dun dude yaug:). But thanks, I would take it as a compliment. Next time papuputukin na natin dude.

Guilty as charged dude verts, kita sa 4th image na may slight repetition, 4 unique textures lang kasi yung sa benches ko eh, but I tried to make it as random as possible, I also made some stamping and healing in PS to make it more random, but I missed some talaga. I still prefer the wood tone but it can be improved though. As far as CA is concerned, medyo napalakas nga, will be careful next time.

I love the poetic renders though I'm not a huge fan of how the organ turned out in the renders as it looks too 'clean'. But yes, the wood texture used was great and looks realistic. Amazing work master
