Nice design sa first. Taasan mo pa sana ang spire sa gilid.

Second image naman is too much. I like your treatment sa 1st na minimalist, I think you should treat the 2nd the same. It's a small commercial space, The design is too much. Convert some of the louvers to ad space maybe.

thanks a lot sir neil. oo nga sir mas maganda if taasan pa . tinatawag po namin yong 1st image na "pure form" on the commercial ,half of the depth of building is open to below to ground (on louver portion) then half of it is for the stairs.
