Bungalow house at Sabang Zambales

Just want to share a rushed work. Design is not mine, model and render was done in my part.. the site is located at Sta. Cruz Sabang, Zambales..workflow cad2010+maxdesign2010+vray1.5+ cs3 for post processing..comments are welcome for improvement..thanks

roof tiles- too big, konting ayos sa landscape and adjust the exposure siguro ng camera, the rest is ok.

I suggest gutter less roofing since your gonna use roof tiles.
IMHO lang po

sa gable roofing di ba dapat end flashing, tile fiittings or bargeboard ang projecting end at hindi gutter?

yup tama kayo sir sa roof po ako minakanagtagal the elevations where sent to me by pdf file so i just had to follow the design as per plan..

oo nga po sir kahit ako nun ginagwa ko po yung model while referring to the pdf file sent to me i saw the roof a bit big..try ko po gumawa ng version ko next time around..thanks po sir sa pagcomment
