this was a recent project in muntinlupa still working for the red dragons brothers
--i was assign to there other project suited in Q.c and hopefully ,,the saleability of this one will make it to market--

ang ganda sir.. akala ko fire escape ladder yung naka zigzag..

the aesthetic was good sir...but,mdami atang destruction on it...comment ko lang po...

design & rendering panalo! color combination lang ciguro sir...sir ganda naman ng trees mo sa likod ng sasakyan,kapalan ko na mukha ko,baka pwedeng makahingi [email=sir!disturbe13@yahoo.com]sir!disturbe13@yahoo.com[/email]

everthing is nice. rendering and design... may napansin lang ako sir yung slope ng pavement mo po is papasok ata baka pasukan ng tubig.. parang hindi din po naka elevate ang doors sa ground floor. overall rendering and design panalo..

maganda cguro kung me effect na medyo basa ang daan at blurry reflection kc medyo dry masyado ang daan.

I like the design!! For business side to be able to market well one criteria must be lacking here, most people who can afford a condo owns or want to have a car probably needs a carport, second consideration will be, if i am to buy a condo i prepare to choose the 2nd floor and above floor its a question of security and privacy.
