Palm Beach Condo - Mumbai
First topic message reminder :
This is a series of interior works I am doing right now, current project. A condo located in Mumbai, India. Scope of works include the Living + Dining + Entry Porch, Master Bedroom, 3 Bedrooms, Toilets and Kitchen. I will be doing the design and visualization of all. Time constraint is a factor since I am not only concentrating on this project alone, there are other works to focus on: drafting and site visit on other projects in the office.
The client show me some designs from the magazines, swatches and small idea from their existing Villa here in Dubai which I did before.
All the spaces will be posted here in one thread, so as easy to follow with concept. Need you comments and suggestions. Client will see this after 2 weeks so I still have some time to do revisions however I have to finish if not all at least the major areas of the condo.
WF: Autocad + 3DSMax-Vray + Photoshop
Most furniture and entourage are pre-modeled fortunately some are in with the theme and I know already the client's taste. If a client suggest their own choice of furniture, that will be a revision and will do a another visual of it.
I will update this thread from time to time as soon as I'm done with the rendering.
Thanks for viewing.

nice set bro . ang ganda talaga ng white. medyo napuputlaan lang ako sa buong image but it's very duable naman sa post-process. is that the sideboard for your dining table, mataas yata at medyo malayo yata sa table bro, is it possible to put it where the plant is? or maybe on the other side of the wall where the painting is? i guess two chandeliers but smaller in size will make it more elegant. okay din kung add tayo ng false beam dun sa entrada adjacent to the wall with painting and sideboard with mirror. i love your flooring. gagayahin ko yan. what is the line of light on top of your second level ceiling? intentional bro na walang tv ang living area? why?
for the bedroom, ganda ng mood bro . siguro add depth sa headboard para malagyan ng decorative elements 'ung merong recessed part with indirect lights? for now kasi empty. about sa wall with tv, is there any provision para makapaglagay ng decoder, dvd or blueray player? strange that the one who did the planning put the master t&b away from the walk-in-closet. sayang hindi rin nakita ang dresser.
ang bangis ng bathroom bro, ang ganda ng marble . nice view also. purple base is off and nawala na sa second image. spotlight/ies nakalimutan din ang source. nakakalito bro 'ung dalawang cylinders... pareho bang knob? i have a habit na kapag merong step there should be a nosing... for this type bro pwede na ba talaga ang wala na? and hindi na rin kailangan ang non-skid trip?
pasensya na medyo napahaba bro.

Yes bro, that's a sideboard. I put it on the corner since it's dead space. I did not put along the dining table kasi the area is limited. If you notice on my previous image, it was small space. Again, it was revised later on by removing the wall on the right but eventually I got a call from the PM that we can increase only half a meter on both sides so medyo masikip pa rin that's why I keep a feature wall na lang with painting. The line you see on the cove lighting is the bulkhead top, di lang na distribute evenly yung light.
The TV is the catch! The wife never wanted a tv on the living room however the husband is the opposite. There's a small bedroom on the right, we will convert it to an entertainment room.

That empty recessed space on the headboard top is made of frosted glass with indirect lights beneath. I may put a painting or not, later na lang siguro. The other side of the room is the tv flush on the wall with leather paneling. This wall is recessed 30cm from the shear wall so I still have space for decoder, dvd player...etc. I can go on that into details later on.
Isa sa ayaw ko dito is yung walk-in wardrobe location, strange nga nasa kabilang side. I may do a perspective on that room siguro later na, to show how the cabinet looks like and the dresser.

Haha, that vase from everstuffs...salpak ko na lang and din go, off nga and eye catching. I was hitting the deadline kasi yesterday kaya kahit yung pagbutas ng spotlight and downlight on the ceiling nakaligtaan ko na.
Nosing on the edge is there and should be there, I even did the chamfering on corners di lang kita. Pwede naman di na maglagay ng non-skid strip, a rubber carpet will do.
Thanks bro, need those comments.

I used to love leather sofas, pero pag tumatagal pinagpapawisan ako kahit naka aircon and the ambiance is not for entertainment room, I'd rather close the windows with curtains and lit those fixtures, and turn on the TV.What's the height of the oveehead cabs?
Ceiling is nice.

The client love's leather seats....lol. Noted yaug's, I'll wait for the client's feedback. I just send this awhile ago.
Regarding the ambiance, I intended to show a day scene but the client prefer to see the room with the background/photos provided. They took shots on all the areas and asked me if possible I could show it in all visuals with the photos given. I am eager to do a night scene (if time permits), lighting is vital in this room. OH cabinet is 2.00m ffl.
Thanks for the comments.
