Palm Beach Condo - Mumbai

This is a series of interior works I am doing right now, current project. A condo located in Mumbai, India. Scope of works include the Living + Dining + Entry Porch, Master Bedroom, 3 Bedrooms, Toilets and Kitchen. I will be doing the design and visualization of all. Time constraint is a factor since I am not only concentrating on this project alone, there are other works to focus on: drafting and site visit on other projects in the office.

The client show me some designs from the magazines, swatches and small idea from their existing Villa here in Dubai which I did before.

All the spaces will be posted here in one thread, so as easy to follow with concept. Need you comments and suggestions. Client will see this after 2 weeks so I still have some time to do revisions however I have to finish if not all at least the major areas of the condo.

WF: Autocad + 3DSMax-Vray + Photoshop
Most furniture and entourage are pre-modeled fortunately some are in with the theme and I know already the client's taste. If a client suggest their own choice of furniture, that will be a revision and will do a another visual of it.

I will update this thread from time to time as soon as I'm done with the rendering.

I tried to use the photos provided taken on site as a background, walang sunset e.

Ganda master! Subtle, relaxing at malamig sa mata. Neutral yung composition at puwede po ninyo laruin between warm and cool sa post-pro. Maganda siya saken as it is(IMHO).

I suggest na i kahon mo na din yung wallpaper sa headboard, just like what you did on the other side, or you can make it a cove too.
