Re: Condo Living sa the Fort
this close to picture perfect to me...i can study there.
nice balance and render of things sleek and plush
liked the concrete as accent [if that's indeed concrete].
1. the sofa came right "in my face" tho [a little too stark]
perhaps if you could make it the same type of texture
as the black ottoman but stays in white, it'll look inviting
i recall chiklet gum and perla laundry bar, at this point...
2. slightly gloomy mode. [coz of black scheme, yeah IKR]
could you add warmth to the scene? hmmm. how about....
play on pinlights for the artwork and/or dining area?
3. what happened to your lamp shade? you must've overlooked.
i think that should have gradience.... like the mug at the right.
4. perfect shag there! but for a bachelor's pad? i doubt it...
5. the artwork takes the center stage i think...
and beauty is always in the eye of the beholder
but i find it rather soiled... [or maybe it's just me]
there. minute tweaks, i guess. but of course, i like it! so PRO.

salamat mam anmarj.. but the carpet is from an archinterior scene. nagtry ako gumawa ng sarili kong carpet pero napaghahang ko yung computer sa office. i just don't get the settings right (or i'm overdoing it yata)

jigens11, welcome for appreciating me playing devil's advocate when needed.
i wish i could somehow help you tweak the setting but [pfft] perhaps in my dreams.
as i have alluded, positively eye catching realism even at raw. [like the works of the pros]
off the top of the head response, the sofa comes first. interior design itself comes second.
so i just wonder if the sofa has look too standoffish a focal point like that when selling ideas.
it's like, "here yeah, my lovely sofa, the white sheep of the family..." positive or nega? you tell us.
hope you get what i mean....
if you could share your final output, as well, that's be great for sure. Go powerhouse!
*dropping the sir sounds funny, btw.
