ah true, mejo reflective nga masyado.. was also saving render time there by not applying any glossiness. will keep that in mind. thanks!

walang AO bossing, direcho render lang. Exponential color mapping at 0.8, 3.0 settings.
quick notes for fast previews:
1. AA at -1,-1
2. bucket mode for IR map
3. GI sampler set to 0.9 and 0.1, global subdv multiplier set to 0.2 or lesser.
The rule here is you can go as low as you want on the settings as long as it doesn't go far from the final rendered output. The resulting preview is messy and vray light materials have no effect on the scene, but this gives you a close approximation of the GI effect and overall render ambience.
quick notes for fast still renders:
1. Set GI to low settings (yes, low. medium settings are used on a case to case basis)
2. Light cache at 50,20 (you don't need the default 1000, .02) and make sure light cache for glossy rays is on.
3. GI sampler can be pulled down to 0.9, and 0.01
not ideal for really clean renders, but the rule is that it is faster to post process than to render in high settings. (this only applies for still images). also, these settings will result in splotchy areas such as the ceiling (areas which are illuminated only by secondary bounces). the noise and splotches are then cleaned up in photoshop or any noise reduction software.

Re: Charles & Keith
in a day's work matutuwa kagad boss mo..definitely
anyway pa nitpick boss, repetitive lang yung display (shoes and stuffs) pero i guess i doesnt matter na if were talking design priority, pero quality ng render, satisfy me.
