Model was created in Sketchup and then imported in to 3Ds Max I have used Vray and Multiscatter along with Randomizer for various tasks

2nd Pic Render time: 1 HR 30 Min
3rd Pic Render time: 1 Hour

Nice! a little bit of contrast will enhance the image
On the 2nd image, im wondering whats inside the room that blows the curtain out? electric fan?
It would look refreshing if the wind blows the curtain in.

Thanks.. I am not sure what you mean but render time depends on your lighting and texture sizes.. more complex lighting like 180 MB HDRI + Arrowway textures with high quality maps would result it much more time in rendering.. Here my lighting was simple and maps were not that heavy so it took less time even though i have thousands of proxies..
